An MBA in Consumer Behavior explores why consumers buy what they buy and how they respond to marketing and advertising influences. Consumer behavior is something we all engage in every day when we buy and use goods and services.

The consumer behavior concentration therefore enables students to use relevant concepts, frameworks and tools to understand and respond to customers. Consumer behavior MBA students also learn what types of consumer research can be done in-company or purchased from a marketing rsearch provider.
