Co-op education
An integrated approach to education wherein the student alternates academic terms with terms spent in paid work experience. Co-op education gives students the opportunity to apply their classroom education to real-world scenarios, then return to the classroom to discuss and refine the lessons learned on a work-term. Co-op may be mandatory or optional.
