DO MBA PROGRAMS TYPICALLY HAVE A CUT-OFF GMAT SCORE, GPA OR MINIMUM REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE?
In general, business schools are more interested in the whole picture of you: academic performance, professional experience, and personal values. The Admissions Committee will also consider your skills of teamwork, leadership, management potential, etc. For these reasons, most MBA programs in the US do not set absolute minimums for GMAT scores, GPAs or work experience. However, a low GMAT/GPA and limited or non-existent full-time work experience can hinder an applicant's candidacy.
