A dual MBA/MA in Pastoral Ministry degree prepares students to serve in a variety of ministries in the Church and the world. The degree may be focused in any one of a number of areas of concentration, such as chaplancy studies, children's ministries, church ministries, global missions, youth ministries and so forth. Combined with proficiency in the management functions of accounting, finance, computer information systems, marketing, operations management and human resource management, it equips graduates to take a leadership role in their chosen area of service.
Students graduate with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Pastoral Ministry degree.
