Program Overview

The Cox MBA program is positioned to provide all of the benefits of an exciting and rewarding business career. It will prepare students to be leaders in the rapidly changing economy through the American Airlines Global Leadership Program where they will travel overseas to gain insight into the global business community. The Business Leadership Center hones leadership and management skills, and the Associate Board mentoring program connects students to senior-level business executives who can serve as a career coach. Only the Cox MBA program offers these opportunities to enhance students careers and enrich their personal life experiences.

Buildings & Facilities

The Cox School of Business occupies four buildings on the Southern Methodist University (SMU) campus in Dallas, Texas. The main complex, renovated in 2006, is comprised of the Crow, Fincher and Maguire Buildings. These buildings contain classroom space, study rooms, centers & institutes such as the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship, and faculty and staff offices. The fourth facility, the Collins Executive Education Center, offers additional study and event space for MBA students and also brings corporate partners to campus to study with the world-renowned faculty. Cox also offers select Professional MBA courses at SMU's campus in Plano, Texas.
